Terms and Conditions

1. Entry is only open to Pulse members who reside in Australia or New Zealand and who are 15 years or older. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retailers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. 2. A qualified purchase is defined as a purchase of $AUD5.00 or more for existing and newly enrolled PULSE members. 3. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. 4. Entry registration forms will not be accepted unless all fields marked as “required” have been completed and a valid competition code has been entered into the appropriate field. 5. Promotion commences on 06/11/2008, and final entries close by 5:00pm AEST on 23/11/2008. This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. Entries will be judged by a panel of judges appointed by Bras N Things with the most creative and original entry selected (with one (1) winner in total selected for the major prize. 6. The judging will take place at Visible Results Australia Pty Ltd, Unit A, 10-20 McEvoy Street, Waterloo NSW 2017 on 08/12/2008. The winner will be notified by phone and mail by 12/12/2008. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 7. There is one (1) Major prize on offer valued at $500. 8. The first valid entry drawn from all entries received during the promotional period will win two nights accommodation for two with breakfast daily at the Rendezvous Hotel or Resort in your nearest capital city. Plus a new release DVD pack valued at $200. 9. The accommodation portion of the prize will be issued to the Winners as a gift certificate for 2 night’s accommodation including breakfast for 2 daily and is valid for 6 months from the date of issue. 10. Runner-up prizes: The next five (5) valid entries drawn will each win Romantic DVD prize pack valued at $200 each. 11. Winner may be required to present credit card at time of accommodation check in. 12. In the event that, for any reason whatsoever, a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element. 13. Prize is not refundable, non- endorsable or non-transferable. Bookings are subject to availability and seasonal embargo periods apply. Prize does not include any extra charges (ie, mini-bar, in-house movie, telephone usage, etc). Bookings should be made in advance to avoid disappointment. All prizes are subject to availability. Additional spending money, meals, insurance, taxes, passports, visas, travel to and from the hotel and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner. Unless expressly stated, all other expenses become the responsibility of the winner. Winners must provide the hotel with a credit card upon check-in to cover any incidentals incurred during the stay. 14. Bras N Things shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of the prize. 15.
