Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.
2. The Promoter is Whitcoulls of Level 5, 131 Queens St, Auckland, New Zealand.
3. Entry is only open to all Whitcoulls Rewards customers.
4. Employees of Whitcoulls, REDgroup Retail, its franchisees, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
5. There will be one (1) prize winner of the competition. The prize winner will win the opportunity to have a drink with Lee Child at a bar in Takapuna, Auckland from 4:30pm on Sunday 11 April, as well as 2 front row tickets to the North Shore Libraries event at Rosmini College Auditorium, 36 Dominion St, Takapuna on Sunday 11 April at 7:00pm and 1 Sky Tower Bungy Jump pass.
6. The major prize will be awarded to the first randomly drawn entrant who presented their Whitcoulls Rewards card when purchasing their reserved copy of 61 Hours between 19/03/2010 and 28/03/2010 and submits their full name, address, rewards card number and phone number via the online entry form by 17/03/2010.
7. Competition commences 08/03/10. Entries close 11.59pm on 17/03/2010. Prize draw will take place 30/03/2010.
8. The winners will be notified by email. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Any costs incurred by the winner in excess of the value of the prize (including GST) and all incidental or personal costs incurred in redeeming the prize are
the sole responsibility of the winner.
10. The competition is only open to Whitcoulls Rewards Members who are residing in Auckland.
