Terms and Conditions for Avatar Web Camera Prize Draw
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.
2. The Promoter is Whitcoulls of Level 5, 131 Queens St, Auckland, New Zealand.
3. Entry is only open to all Whitcoulls customers who reserve a copy of Avatar using this form.
4. Employees of Whitcoulls, REDgroup Retail, its franchisees, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
5. There will be two hundred (200) prize winners of the competition. The prize winner will win 1 of 200 Avatar web cameras.
6. The major prize will be awarded to the first two hundred (200) randomly drawn entrants who reserve a copy of Avatar between 18/03/2010 and 26/04/2010, correctly answer the multiple choice question: “Who directed Avatar?” and submits their full name, address, and phone number via the online entry form.
7. Competition commences 18/03/10. Entries close 11.59pm on 26/04/2010. Prize draw will take place 30/04/2010.
8. The winners will be notified by email. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Any costs incurred by the winner in excess of the value of the prize (including GST) and all incidental or personal costs incurred in redeeming the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
